The practice of meditation reveals inner calm and awareness. This class introduces students to the fundamentals of meditation while exploring the various methods and related benefits of the practice. Each week foundational skills will be reviewed followed by an introduction and practice period for each new technique presented. Meditation is an effective and efficient way to support our expanding consciousness. A yoga meditation program opens us to the intelligence within in a way that creates lasting benefits for body and mind.
