Pranayama: The Art of Breathing

Breath is the conscious bridge between mind and body and is an integral part of any yoga practice. The third limb of the eight limbs of yoga, pranayama can be used to calm, cleanse, invigorate or meditate. In this workshop, we will explore how your breath affects your physical and energetic bodies. Various breathing techniques will be learned to support balance on and off your mat.
