Restorative Yoga & Pranayama is an approach to asana practice that emphasizes the spiritual connection of body mind through a focus or intention for the session. Each 5-week session has a theme related to yoga which supports the practice. The class emphasizes the healing aspects of meditation and breath work, and encourages inward focus and spiritual attunement. The key to the practice lies in opening to all aspects of the practice including interweaving the teachings into our lives. This class is open to all levels.
