Join Eric for a new yoga class designed especially for men. This introductory class will focus on techniques for breathing, relaxation, alignment, and mental focus. Yoga helps to open areas of the body that are typically tight for men - the back, hips and hamstrings. Yoga strengthens the legs, arms, and abdominal muscles, promoting energy, balance, stamina and calmness. The class is held on Thursdays from 6:45-7:45pm. Drop-ins welcome for current session. Next 5-week session begins June 25.
