There has been much research to support the healing benefits to body & mind from the practice of meditation. In this course we will explore mindful meditation and the techniques that support the practice. Students will gain an understanding of meditation and learn to cultivate a practice which supports their lifestyle. Meditation is an effective and efficient way to support our expanding consciousness. A yoga meditation program opens us to the intelligence within in a way that creates lasting benefits for body and mind.
