The purpose of teaching mindfulness to our children is to give them the skills to develop calm awareness. The five week class will provide tools to empower children to respond to the demands and stresses of life. Life long skills your child will learn:
• how to relax and improve sleep
• how to self sooth
• how to develop self confidence
• how to manage moods and emotions
• how to manage stress and anxiety
Grade School age children: Sundays 2-2:45pm
Middle School age children: Sundays 3-3:45pm
Instructor, Ruthann O’Brien Hadish E-RYT, E-CYT, E-PYT has been teaching and studying yoga & meditation tools for over 18 years. She is a certified Children’s Yoga teacher and a graduate of the Mindful school program & Radiant Children yoga.
